It is focused on the provision of practical advice and support to assist leaders in unlocking solutions and developing new approaches to work challenges. Leadership development is supported by mentoring, planning, and problem solving sessions. 


This program includes:

  • Double mentoring from both Managing Partners, who have over 20 years executive leadership experience.

  • Goal definition and planning.

  • Q&A and scenario planning and development.

  • Stakeholder mapping.

  • Interview preparation and coaching (if required).


While individual arrangements can be arranged, the standard packages options include:

  • One-off mentoring session     

  • 3 month program         

  • 6 month program

Mentoring sessions can occur in person, via teleconference, FaceTime or a combination of these options.
